How to Purchase

There are several ways in which you can make a purchase:

1. Click on the 'Add to cart' button to add items to your shopping cart as you go. When you've finished shopping, click the 'Ready to Checkout' link and follow your nose to complete the order.

Payment details

You can pay by Visa or MasterCard, cheque or money order in NZD ($). Using Visa or MasterCard is the only practical payment method for orders over the web. We use a secure server to safeguard your payment details. If you wish to pay by cheque or money order, please select Manual Payment during checkout.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars, and include GST at 12.5%. Your purchase appears on the credit card in your local currency, converted at the current exchange rate by your bank. You may have to pay local taxes or duties when the package arrives.

Your name, address and contact details are only used to send out catalogues, newsletters and any orders you may place. We do not sell, barter or give away your contact details to any other organisation.

The Milly May order form is secure. It is rendered by an SSL secure server which encrypts the data at time of entry. The payment URL begins with https:. The 's in http indicates that the site is secure. You should see a lock icon on your browser. The security certificate is issued by GoDaddy.com. Payments are processed via SecurePaytech.com.

Warranty

We take pride in our locally made garments and are known for our superb quality. We are sure they will live up to your expectation. If for some reason they do not, we will put it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

If your order is not quite what you expected (wrong size, etc.) please send it back to us at 8 London Street Lyttelton Canterbury N.Z within 28 days(unused of course) and we will exchange or give you a refund.

The cost of the freight getting it back to us is yours. We will send you a replacement freight-free.
